Previous versions of the privacy policy
- Version 2.6, effective 22 October 2026: the current version. The short version now says no AI is used on your data or in any of the app's features (it said "not ours, not anyone else's", which could read as if Orliea had an AI of its own; it does not use AI at all), section 7 says the same, and the short version says your data is stored in the European Union. Wording only, nothing about what is collected or shared changed. No user existed before this version, so no change email was due.

- Version 2.4, effective 17 October 2026: AI lab value reading and Anthropic removed: Orliea does not use AI on your data. Section 7 now says so, and no AI provider is listed. No user existed before this version, so no change email was due.
- Version 2.3, effective 16 October 2026: wording corrected to match the app exactly: what the app keeps on your phone and that deleting your account clears it; period history you can import from another app's file; the bug report's optional app version and phone model; that crashes are written to our own error table; the export record; the export covers your record, not the technical tables; the email provider's legal name (Plus Five Five, Inc.) and its US base; the mailbox provider's entity (Google Cloud EMEA Limited); the notice we receive about a Requests box message carries only its type and an id; one provider's data processing terms sit inside its service terms; "stored in Frankfurt, Germany" instead of "by a German company"; the sign-in token sits in app-private storage; no language setting; the tracking rule is checked by our tests before each release; a link to the consumer health data policy for Washington and Nevada. No new data is collected and no company was added. No user existed before this version, so no change email was due.

- Version 1.1, effective 16 October 2026: section 3 explains the Washington and the Nevada basis separately; section 4 says what happens at each provider on an emailed deletion request, scopes the export to your record and links to the Nevada Attorney General's complaint page. Nothing about what is collected, kept or shared changed.
